Lynn Johnson
Lynn’s career began in television, where she wrote and produced for an NBC affiliate in the Greater Philadelphia area. After several years in the industry, she realized her true calling was in mission-driven, service-oriented environments. This led her to private gift fundraising, where she worked with prestigious institutions like Cheyney University, Penn State, West Chester University, and the University of Pennsylvania. Today, Lynn is proud to be a part of HumanGood where she combines her passion for meaningful outcomes with her dedication to enhancing the lives of others. Driven by a commitment to high standards and significant impact, Lynn finds fulfillment in seeing the positive results of her work, from capital improvements in communities to the gratitude of affordable housing residents. Her success is fueled by the hardworking, passionate team she leads, inspiring her to give her best every day.

Vidhi Anderson
Vidhi has over 20 years of experience as a real estate developer. As the Vice President of Development at HumanGood, she oversees both the development of new senior housing communities, as well as the preservation of the organization’s existing portfolio on the east coast. Vidhi was a recipient of the ‘Pennsylvania Housing Pioneer’ Award from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and sits on the boards of Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation, Regional Housing Legal Services, Pennsylvania Developer Council, and the Philadelphia Accelerator Fund. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, India, and her master’s degree in City & Regional Planning with a concentration in Community and Economic Development from the University of Pennsylvania.

Claudia Devaux
Claudia DeVaux is a resident of The Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens, where her grandmother lived in the 1970s, and is actively involved in the community's Campus Life Committee. She holds degrees from Lewis and Clark College, Cal Poly, and the University of San Francisco, along with a Masters in Theology. Her doctoral research on Jesuit priest George Bernard Wong, who endured over 25 years of imprisonment in China, led her to co-author a book with him. Claudia’s diverse career includes teaching French, Computer Science, and International Marketing, along with a long tenure at Hewlett-Packard (HP), where she trained engineers, managed sales for the French market, and contributed to the marketing team.
